The precise and smooth linear drive rotates the rotor 360° in 25 seconds. With the MP-4000's scan measurement, an accurate magnetic field strength curve can be recorded and statistically evaluated. The probe is held at a constant distance from the rotor by a height-adjustable fixture. This is important to obtain comparable measurements during rotation. The rotor axis can be up to 13 mm thick. The height of the probe holder can be adjusted up to 12 cm. By recording the measured values with the MP-4000, you also have the option of further processing your data with the free LimaConnect application and exporting it, for example, to Microsoft Excel. Application example: With the PM2-TR transversal reed probe and a scan measurement on the MP-4000 magnetic field meter, you can record the course graphically.
