Coating Thickness Meter TOP-CHECK Ferro-1000 with springy sensing probe for uneven or complex surfaces
The List-Magnetik TOP-CHECK Ferro-1000 coating thickness gauges from List-Magnetik work with a precise springy sensing probe that requires little contact area and low contact pressure. The compact, lightweight gages are barely larger than a probe. The probe requires only a small contact area for accurate measurement. This is especially advantageous for thin films on uneven or complex surfaces.
For trouble-free measurements in harsh environments, the handy metal housing is splash-proof to IP 64.
Measure insulating layer thickness on iron and steel
TOP-CHECK Ferro-1000 is the right choice for iron and steel substrates. The instrument uses a magnetic-inductive probe to measure layers of paint, varnish, plastic, rubber, ceramics, galvanized and electroplated coatings (except nickel) according to ISO 2178.
Manage and send measurement data with a free application
To further process your measurement data, you can connect your TOP-CHECK Ferro-1000 to mobile Android and iOS devices. Or you can communicate with a Windows PC. This is made possible by Bluetooth Low Energy technology. The memory can be divided flexibly. You can use the mobile device app to manage projects and assign measurement points to a photo. Measurement results can be statistically evaluated and graphically displayed. The app is free for Android, iOS and Windows.
