Depending on your requirements, the List-Magnetik HE-20 mobile demagnetizer can be used as a mobile or stationary device. This portable device demagnetizes machine parts, tools, turned parts, cutting plates, and more. It has a 230 V AC connection and generates an alternating magnetic field of 50 Hz with sufficient strength to demagnetize alloy steels. Magnetic field and magnetic intensity measurements are carried out with sufficient strength to ensure efficient demagnetization.
In addition to mobile use, the HE-20 can be used as a tabletop device. In this case, guide the objects to be demagnetized over the device, then slowly remove them. This method ensures precise, controlled magnetic field strength during demagnetization.
The HE-20 can also be installed under a conveyor belt to guide parts past the device. This allows for continuous magnetic flux measurement and demagnetization in industrial applications requiring consistent magnetic field measurement and demagnetization.
