Calibration and recalibration of coating thickness measurement devices
A set of calibration films with a manufacturer's certificate for verifying the calibration and recalibration of coating thickness gauges. The Calibration Foil Set includes four measuring foils in the range of 30-300 µm and a 1000 µm ceramic calibration plate. The certificate is traceable to the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) Braunschweig, the National Metrology Institute of Germany.
