A calibration standard is a reference magnet that the user can use to verify the accuracy of a factory-adjusted probe. If the probe is functioning properly, the reading will be as specified on the appropriate calibration standard. If out-of-tolerance readings occur, factory calibration of the gauge, probe, and calibration standard is recommended. |
