Coating Thickness Meter TOP-CHECK Ferro-1001 List-Magnetik TOP-CHECK Ferro-1001 coating thickness gauges feature a small measuring probe and a self-aligning prism. This enables optimal measurement of coatings on wires and round stock. These compact devices are barely larger than the measuring probe itself and are ideal for measuring thin coatings on steel cables or spiral stirrups, for example. For trouble-free measurements in harsh environments, the handy metal housing is splash-proof to IP 64. With a single button and self-explanatory multilingual menus, the instruments are very easy to use. TOP-CHECK Ferro-1001 is the right choice for iron and steel substrates. The instrument uses a magnetic-inductive probe to measure layers of paint, varnish, plastic, rubber, ceramics, galvanized and electroplated coatings (except nickel) according to ISO 2178. To further process your measurement data, you can connect your TOP-CHECK Ferro-1001 to mobile Android and iOS devices. Or you can communicate with a Windows PC. This is made possible by wireless technology. The memory can be divided flexibly. You can use the mobile device app to manage projects and assign measurement points to a photo. Measurement results can be statistically evaluated and graphically displayed. The app is free for Android, iOS and Windows.
